Mirror Monitor

The terms

Plain terms of service

Written to be read. If anything here is unclear, write us and a person answers: hello@mirrormonitor.com.

What the service is

Mirror Monitor asks publicly available AI answer engines what they say about a business, grades the answers, stores the history, and repeats on the schedule you choose. It reads public information and your public website. It never needs a login to your systems and never installs anything on your site.

Billing

Plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's pages and never touch ours. Cancel any time by writing hello@mirrormonitor.com from your account email; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and your history stays readable until then. If a first scan leaves you unhappy in the first 14 days, say so and we refund the month.

What we promise, and what we cannot

We promise honest readings: what the machines actually said, when they said it, graded the same way every time. We cannot promise what any AI system will say about you, and a grade is a measurement, not advice. Decisions you take on the numbers are yours.

Fair use

Watch businesses you have a legitimate interest in: your own, your clients', your competitors'. Do not use the service to harass anyone or to misrepresent a reading as something a machine did not say. We can close an account that does, with a refund of the unused period.

The legal line

Mirror Monitor is a service operated by Northline Office. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Last updated September 2026.
